Chiropractic

Our Chiropractors place an emphasis on lumbo-pelvic integrity and core strength. They will take a functional, full body approach in both examining and treating injuries, and ensuring the best quality care through a variety of techniques. This is a different approach from many clinics, as it provides plenty of time face to face with the Chiropractor to give you the best care possible.

Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists at MYo Lab are hands on practitioners with an additional focus on rehabilitation. Exercises and manual therapy are utilized by our therapists to eliminate pain and prevent recurrences. These strategies can be implemented whether you are in acute pain, chronic pain, or recovering from certain types of surgery.

Massage Therapy

A body that has lots of areas of tension is not a body that can move well. We pride ourselves on long-term wellness, helping your body build resiliency to meet the demands of your everyday life.

Personal Training

Driven by science-based results and long-term change, our Personal Trainers utilize personalized training treatment plans, focused training methods, and a premium array of equipment to bring our members to optimal strength and functionality.
